Tenacity isn’t like your typical gym with rows of cardio and strength training machines intended to accommodate people of all shapes, sizes, and experiences while requiring very little to no instruction at all on how to use them.
- We focus on creating personalized training programs and delivering it with personalized coaching.
- Tenacity’s philosophy is to teach each client how to move properly.
- We provide clients with the open space to move functionally while using dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, etc. which will help our clients build strength and improve mobility and freedom of movement.
