Coach Paul Magsombol founded Tenacity Performance Training with the goal of becoming the go-to facility for quality fitness and performance coaching. To differentiate Tenacity from its competitors, Coach Paul realized that he had to implement a scientifically based training system to help his clients and athletes not only achieve their fitness and performance goals but also to do it in a safe and efficient manner. After researching different training systems, Coach Paul found the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Optimum Performance Training (OPT) Model which is a 5-6 phase periodized training program which gradually and systematically builds the client’s balance, core stability, muscular strength and endurance, and muscular power and it can be catered to the individual client’s goals and capabilities.
